Trimmer

While interviewing an older male patient prior to his operation, I just could not get my attention focused on anything else other than the massive amount of nose hair he had protruding out of his nostrils.

The majority of the patients I take care of are older, so they have ear hair and nose hair and hairy moles and things of that nature. But I've never seen nose hair like this guy. Hair so long that it was pretty much grazing his upper lip.

There was such a massive amount of hair, I wondered if the usual run-of-the-mill nose hair trimmer would even be capable of tackling such a task. At some period of your life, I guess you just get to that point where you just don't care all that much anymore.
