Ying Yang

While talking to a patient in clinic about his upcoming surgery, I notice that in his breast pocket is a pack of cigarretts and an Albuterol inhaler.

The absurdity of it all just made me pause a bit. I wasn't sure whether to laugh or chastise my patient.
