The Christmas Card Curse has been broken. For years, it's been:

+ Think about sending Christmas cards.
+ Find the box of Christmas cards I never sent from last year.
+ Leave the said box on my desk and forget about it.
+ Watch the holidays go by.
+ Get cards from others.
+ Realize I haven't sent mine.
+ Feel bad momentarily.
+ Vow to send Christmas cards next year.
+ Put the box of Christmas cards away.

Seriously, for five years, I've been stuck in this crazy Mobius strip of a curse. But then I met Nathalie and she broke that evil spell and I was finally able to send out my cards! On time!

Eh... caveat. So yes, you've figured it out, if you got a card from me, it's a five year old card. Don't think of it as an old recycled card, but a "classic".
